The new 2012 Sabre 42 Salon Express  debuted this past fall at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show and arrived shortly after at our Naples Office. If you have not seen the new model it is worth a look.

We are happy to be celebrating our 26th year serving Florida’s West Coast boating community in 2012. Strong activity both in new boat and brokerage sales continued in 2011. We  operate two fully staffed offices in Dunedin and Naples for new boat sales ( Sabre & Back Cove Yachts) and brokerage sales.

Sabre Yachts has added four new models for 2012: the  Sabre 48 Salon Express,  54 Salon Express, 54 Fly Bridge Sedan and the newest model  the  Sabre 42 Salon Express . The 2013 model line up will include the new Sabre 38 Salon Express debuting this coming summer and replacing the Sabre 38 Express.  Sabre now offers Pod Drive applications (Zeus & IPS) in all their models.

For 2012 Back Cove Yachts product line now includes the  new 30′, 34′ and 37′ Down East style express cruisers with single diesel applications.

Congratulations to Rebecca Abrams for her recent purchase of a new Back Cove 30: “My Sherry”. The transaction was handled by the Dunedin office.

The brokerage market remains very active with a  number of boats sold in both of our locations including a 2004 Back Cove 29, a 2003 Sabre 36 Express, (3) Sabre 38 Express models,  (4) Classic  Sabre 36 Motor Yachts, (4) Heritage East Trawlers, a Tiara 38 Express, a Tiara 54 Express, an updated Grand Banks 36, a newly renovated Offshore 48′ and a stunning Grand Banks 46 all sold in the last twelve months.

Our local boat show season for 2012 begins with the Miami International Boat Show (February 16-20) and the Suncoast Boat Show in Sarasota (April 20-22). Contact either of our offices for the list of Sabre or Back Cove Yachts that are scheduled to be displayed at these shows.
